From third parties - occasionally we receive information about you from joint marketing partners, or from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn.
How we use your information
We collect and use your information to:
- Enter into and deliver a marketing consultancy agreement with you

- Send content and resources relevant to your enquiry or subscription
- Improve our website and understand how it's used
- Produce internal reports on our business
We will never sell your information to a third party.
Where your information is stored
Our website and CRM run on HubSpot. HubSpot stores and processes data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. By submitting your information, you consent to it being stored and processed overseas by HubSpot on our behalf, under HubSpot's own data protection and security commitments.
Retention
We keep your information for up to 26 months from your last engagement with us. Engagement includes a website visit, email interaction, form submission, or any other contact with us. If more than 26 months passes without engagement, we delete your information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including keeping systems and software up to date and relying on HubSpot's security infrastructure. If a data breach occurs, we'll act promptly and notify affected individuals where appropriate.
Your rights
