I studied journalism and marketing — a combination that turned out to shape everything that came after. Journalism taught me to cut the fluff and care whether anyone actually reads what you write. Marketing gave me somewhere useful to put it.
I spent the early part of my career in content and copywriting, then moved into strategy at Brand chemistry, working with B2B clients across Australia on SEO, HubSpot builds, website migrations, ABM and demand generation. That's where I developed the depth I rely on today.
In late 2025 I went out on my own.

I spent three and a half years at Brand chemistry, working across B2B clients throughout Australia. Complex website migrations. SEO campaigns. ABM. Demand generation. Multiple clients, real deadlines, real stakeholders.
What I noticed along the way: the clients who got the best results had direct access to the person doing the work. Not a layer of account management between them and the answers. Just a specialist who understood their business and stayed close to the detail.
That's the practice I've built. When you engage me, you deal with me directly - from the first conversation to the final deliverable.
Outside the work.
I'm based in Brisbane's western suburbs with my wife Sarah and our two dogs Luna and Romeo, who have strong opinions about when the workday should end.
I'm at the gym every morning without fail. It's the one non-negotiable in my day.
